Cost:
My usual charge for individual psychotherapy is £65 per 50 minute session.
Couple or family sessions are charged at £70 per 50 minute session.
Individual supervision costs £70 per hour's session.
Organisational supervision is £80 per hour's session.
Appointments:
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Supervision sessions are 60 minutes. It is a good idea when looking for a therapist to book an initial session. This functions as an introductory meeting and gives us the opportunity to decide mutually whether I can be of help and to negotiate how the work might proceed.
Individual therapy sessions are usually weekly to fortnightly. Couples or family sessions can be anywhere between weekly, fortnightly to monthly; sometimes relationship work benefits from longer intervals in between.
Fees are payable at the end of each session by bank transfer.
